You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Twinkle Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If items appear to be opened or used no refund will be issued. Postage is to be prepaid at point of return. International order are not returnable at any time all sales our final.
